In the heart of rural France, a forward-thinking farmer in Blet is embracing solar energy to secure a more sustainable and profitable future for his business. A newly commissioned 300 kWp photovoltaic power plant, installed by Boubat Eco-Energie, now sits atop a farm building in this small village.

The solar installation comprises 770 Vertex S+ panels, each with a capacity of 440 Wp, delivering a total system size of 300 kWp. The system is designed for the full resale of the electricity it generates, maximising financial returns for the farm.

The output of this installation is impressive — sufficient to supply 100 households annually, which equates to more than half the homes in Blet. This development not only makes a significant contribution to the local renewable energy supply but also positions the farm as a model for rural energy innovation.

Supported by a 20 year contract guaranteeing the resale of electricity, the project provides the farmer with a stable and reliable source of income. Combining Trinasolar’s high-efficiency modules with the technical expertise of Boubat Eco-Energie, the installation demonstrates how renewable energy can offer practical, long-term value for agricultural enterprises.
